Our 2016 conference is being held at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick, New Jersey, from March 10–11, 2016. Online registration for the MAR-AAR conference is closed. Registration will be available on-site.

Housing

Hotel reservations can be made directly through the Hyatt’s website (the MAR-AAR has negotiated special rates for conference participants). Hyatt representatives request that you book your room by February 24, 2016, to ensure that you can secure a room.

Registration tiers (prices do not include hotel fees):

Before February 6:

Undergraduate Students Conference registration, meals, refreshments, and reception $50
Graduate Students Conference registration, meals, refreshments, and reception $100
Professionals Conference registration, meals, refreshments, and reception $125
Non-members Conference registration, meals, refreshments, and reception $140

Between February 6 and March 1:

Undergraduate Students Conference registration, meals, refreshments, and reception $65
