  • UCSIA Academic Workshop: Interdisciplinary perspectives on the role of religiously inspired solidarity in modernizing and post-secular contexts (June 28, 2023)
  • 2023 issues of the Australian Journal of Law and Religion (Submissions now open) 
  • Claremont Prize: The Institute for Religion, Culture, and Public Life (IRCPL) at Columbia University is seeking submissions to its annual Claremont Prize for the Study of Religion. The prize is dedicated to the publication of first books by early career scholars working in any discipline of the humanities or social sciences. Winning books are published by Columbia University Press in IRCPL’s “Religion, Culture, and Public Life” series. (Deadline: September 1, 2023)

Fellowships, Grants, and Further Scholarship    

  • NHC Equitable Access Grants: The Federation of State Humanities Councils (Federation) and the National Humanities Alliance (NHA) are pleased to announce a grant program to support the attendance and travel expenses of up to 30 attendees of the 2023 National Humanities Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana October 25-29. (Deadline: July 8, 2023)
