Applicants must provide the following information on the application form:
- Brief bio including name, institutional affiliation
- Description of field of study/program and research interests, especially around Religion and the Arts
- Statement of plans and involvement with religion and the arts opportunities at the November Annual Meeting; participation on the program is a plus
- Statement of financial need that describes the following:
- Current income
- Estimated costs to attend the AAR November Annual Meeting (including airfare, ground transportation, parking, housing, meals, and other expenses)
- Any institutional or external travel support available to the applicant
Applicants should be prepared to upload the following required materials in PDF format:
- Letter of recommendation from professor, chair, or director confirming the topic of your thesis or dissertation is on Religion and the Arts
- Current CV
