Finance and Audit Committee

Term of Office: &nbsp;Ex officio in the case of elected officers and the AAR Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer; three years for non-board Members.
Committee Composition: &nbsp;Treasurer (Chair), President-Elect, At-Large Director, three non-board members, and the AAR Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer.

AAR Board of Directors

The Finance & Audit Committee oversees the financial aspects of the AAR including planning, annual budgeting, investments and the review and acceptance of the annual audit and tax filings.
