Audit Committee
Charge: The Audit Committee reviews the annual audit, and, as appropriate, recommends its acceptance by the Board.
Composition: President (chair), President-Elect, Vice President, and one non-board Member, who may be a non-Member, with significant experience in finance.
Term of Office: Ex officio in the case of elected officers; three years, renewable once, for others.
