The Gay Men and Religion Group seeks to understand and provide scholarly reflection and writing on the varied intersections of gay male experience and religious traditions and spiritual practices. We seek to affirm the contributions made to religious scholarship by gay male perspectives, methodologies and approaches and to challenge the privileging of those perspectives that undermine or discredit such contributions.
