Non-Member: If you are not a member, and do not wish to join the AAR for the member discount, click the following link to register at the non-member rate.  In most cases, however, it is less expensive to join the AAR and register at the member rate than it is to pay the non-member rate.

To avoid duplicate charges on your credit card, please make certain that you submit your registration in only one way (online, surface mail, or fax).

Annual Meeting Housing Information

To receive the specially negotiated room rates, you must first register for the meeting. Please use the same method to arrange your registration and housing. You cannot fax your registration and then use the online system for housing. Doing so may cause your credit card to be double-charged.

If you used the online system to register, but did not arrange housing at that time, you can access the Annual Meeting Housing Site.

If you need to make changes to an existing hotel reservation, please e-mail Experient at aarreg@experient-inc.com. Do not contact the hotel directly; they will not be able to help you. All hotel change requests must be sent in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) to Experient. If you have any other housing questions, please call Experient at 1-800-575-7185.
