To receive the specially negotiated room rates, you must first register for the meeting. Please use the same method to arrange your registration and housing. You cannot fax your registration and then use the online system for housing. Doing so may cause your credit card to be double-charged.
If you need to make changes to an existing hotel reservation, please e-mail Experient at aarhousing@experient-inc.com. Do not contact the hotel directly; they will not be able to help you. All hotel change requests must be sent in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) to Experient. If you have any other housing questions, please call Experient at 1-866-229-2386.
