All refunds must be requested in writing by October 15, 2008. Please send requests via e-mail to aarreg@experient-inc.com or via fax to +1-330-963-0319. A $25 administrative fee will be assessed per registration. Refunds will be processed after the meeting and will be issued by December 31, 2008. All cancellations for housing reservations must be sent in writing (mail, fax, or e-mail) to the Experient Registration and Housing Bureau.
AAR has set aside a block of rooms in a headquarters hotel for exhibitors at a specially negotiated low rate. One hotel room per booth is guaranteed within the exhibitor block until general registration and housing opens on April 21. To reserve a hotel room, complete and return the Exhibitor Housing form to the Experient address listed above. Additional rooms that cannot be accommodated in the headquarters hotel will be assigned to the closest property possible.
