Stephen joined the AAR in August of 2008, bringing with him twelve years of experience in information technology consulting. His strengths are enterprise integration, software requirements analysis, rapid Web-based development, and bridging the communication gap between technologists and experts in other fields.
As Director of Technology, Stephen looks forward to the challenge of expanding the AAR's capabilities on the Web. His mission statement for technology within the American Academy of Religion is: "To provide tools and presentations that will make members, staff, and the public feel good about their interaction with AAR."
Stephen has lived in the Atlanta area since matriculating at Georgia Tech in 1992. He is married with one child.
