The Graduate School of Social Work, the School of Leadership and Continuing Studies, the Siena Center and the Priory Conference Center are based on this beautiful campus, just seven blocks from the main campus. Aquinas Hall, a Dominican University residence hall, is also here. There is a shuttle bus service to the main campus.
The Priory Campus is at the corner of Harlem Avenue and Division Street, approximately 7 blocks east of main campus. Follow the directions to main campus but stop at Harlem and Division Street.
Here you will find directions to Dominican University's main campus from various points of the Chicagoland metropolitan area as well as directions from both O'Hare and Midway airports.
- From the North
Take I-294 South to I-90 East
Exit on Harlem Avenue (Exit 81A)
Turn right (south) on Harlem Avenue (for approximately 5 miles) to Division.
Turn right (west) on Division for 8 blocks.
Dominican will be on your right. - From the South
Take I-294 Northwest to I-290 East (right past tollway).
Take I-290 East to Harlem Avenue (Exit 21B) NOTE: This exit is on the LEFT side of the expressway.
Turn left (north) on Harlem Avenue to Division.
Turn left on Division for 8 blocks.
Dominican will be on your right. - From St. Louis, take I-55 North to I-294.
- From the West
Take I-290 East to Harlem Avenue (Exit 21B) NOTE: This exit is on the LEFT side of the expressway.
Turn left (north) on Harlem Avenue to Division.

Take the I-190 East ramp towards Chicago Loop
Exit on South River Road, exit number 1B.
Take River Road for approximately 5 miles to 1st Avenue.
Turn right onto 1st Avenue.
Take 1st Avenue to North Avenue.
Turn left on North Avenue.
Take North Avenue to Thatcher Avenue.
Turn right on Thatcher Avenue.
Take Thatcher Avenue to Division Street.
Turn left on Division Street.
Dominican is 1 block ahead on the left side. - From Midway Airport
Turn left onto Cicero Avenue.
Take Cicero to Flournoy Street.
Turn left on Flournoy Street and then make a SLIGHT left to I-290 West.
Take I-290 West to Harlem Avenue (Exit 21B) NOTE: This exit is on the LEFT side of the expressway.
Turn right (north) on Harlem Avenue to Division.
Turn left on Division for 8 blocks.
Dominican will be on your right.
Parking
Parking is free in the lot that surrounds the conference center, and there will be signs set up to direct you to the parking area.
Taxi Fare from O'Hare
Instead of waiting on the taxi line at O'Hare, you can phone Blue Cab of River Forest and this cab service will take you to your hotel or to the conference center at Dominican University for a flat rate that is considerably lower than what a City of Chicago taxi will charge. Blue Cab is expecting our members to call that day, so they will have cabs at the airport or nearby.

Oak Park Directions for the Carleton Hotel
The Carleton is easily accessible off I-290 (Eisenhower Expressway). Exit Harlem Avenue North. Proceed approximately one mile to Pleasant Street, then east to the hotel.
