Finance Committee
Charge: The Finance Committee oversees the financial aspects of the AAR including the annual budget, investments, and fiscal planning.
Composition: Treasurer (chair), one At-Large Director, three Members who are not directors, and the AAR Director of Finance and Administration.
Term of Office: Ex officio in the case of elected officers and the AAR Director of Finance and Administration; three years, renewable once, for others.
