Board of Directors
The governing body of the AAR is the Board of Directors, which has authority and is responsible for governance of the Academy. The Board, while meeting its legal fiduciary obligations, concerns itself with strategic direction of the Academy through strategic planning, policy development, assessment, and advocacy.
